Financial Audit Specialist

Job Summary

Working 100% remotely, the full-time Financial Audit Specialist will create and maintain audit strategies and plans for the Navy Foreign Military Sales program while ensuring compliance with federal audit requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Audit Strategy and Audit Plan documents
• Lead weekly audit meetings with team members and the Navy International Program Office
• Perform Fit/Gap analysis of current audit procedures and ensure compliance with FISCAM and SFIS requirements

Required qualifications:

• Active secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or HS Diploma with 13 years of experience
• 5 years of experience auditing DoD systems
• 3 years of experience with FISCAM and SFIS
• FISMA, SLOA, and USSGL account audit requirements knowledge
