Job Summary
Supporting all aspects of financial analysis related to clients' benefit programs, the full-time remote Financial Benefits Analyst will collaborate with the financial support team to deliver benefit and financial illustrations, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to enhance client benefit plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify risks in existing benefit plans using data analytics and provide actionable insights
- Mine and clean data from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis and maintain documentation of analytics processes
- Collaborate with Account Managers to review client utilization reports and draft accurate client reports for meetings
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with group insurance carriers or brokers
- Strong knowledge of group insurance products, including medical and dental plans
