Financial Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Financial Benefits - Retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day operations of Justworks Benefits Programs
• Work with third party partners to resolve escalated issues
• Identify pain points in benefit operations and work with Product and Engineering teams to improve systems and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Company retreats
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• SQL knowledge required; Tableau, Jira, Excel, and Confluence experience preferred
• Knowledge of Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans + 401(k) required
• Retirement certifications (RPF, QKA, etc) strongly preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally
