Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial & HR Budget Analyst to manage budget analysis and support for the People & Culture department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for budget processes and operational reviews within the People & Culture department
  • Assist in the annual operating budget process and conduct variance analyses with the Finance team
  • Develop and monitor monthly metrics and provide support for communications and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of budget review experience with knowledge of financial principles
  • Advanced skills in Excel and database management
  • Experience in crafting financial and workforce planning reports
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
