Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial & HR Budget Analyst to manage budget analysis and support for the People & Culture department.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for budget processes and operational reviews within the People & Culture department
- Assist in the annual operating budget process and conduct variance analyses with the Finance team
- Develop and monitor monthly metrics and provide support for communications and presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of budget review experience with knowledge of financial principles
- Advanced skills in Excel and database management
- Experience in crafting financial and workforce planning reports
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
