Financial Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Business Analyst III to perform various analyses and interpretations to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of various systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Coordinate with business units in the development and delivery of training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Recent Excel experience is highly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
