Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Business Partner to support financial reporting and analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports and dashboards
- Support month-end close activities, including variance analysis and documentation of key drivers
- Assist with departmental budgets and forecasts for assigned business questions and management requests
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role
- Experience working with large data sets and translating data into clear, usable insights
- Solid understanding of financial statements, basic accounting concepts, and GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
