Financial Case Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Case Coordinator Level 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient workflows between transplant financial counselors and the clinical team
• Oversee the financial counseling process and ensure accurate data collection from patients
• Communicate regularly with the clinical team and payers regarding authorization requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business, or a related field
• Experience in systems design/management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of registration/billing practices and hospital patient accounting practices
• Familiarity with assistance programs and relevant regulations
• Commitment to staying current on industry developments related to Transplant Access, Scheduling, and billing
