Job Summary
To support financial operations, the part-time PBM Financial Change Manager will evaluate financial impacts of client benefit changes, perform financial modeling, and collaborate with various business teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate financial impacts of benefit design and formulary changes
- Perform financial modeling and rebate guarantee impact analyses
- Provide consultative support to sales, underwriting, and analytics teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, finance, or pricing, with at least 1 year in PBM financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL or SAS
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
