Key responsibilities:

• Utilize proprietary software tools to access, review, and enter claim decisions while ensuring compliance with departmental standards
• Communicate directly with claimants via phone or email and draft claimant-facing communications based on provided guidance
• Collaborate with team leadership to identify obstacles in case work and contribute expertise to processing guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Professional degree or equivalent experience in claims or banking
• Prior experience in claims processing or data analysis
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment
• Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods
• Basic math knowledge for data verification and processing requirements
