Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative Associate to support healthcare financial processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze patient visit information to determine authorization needs and secure timely authorizations
• Ensure all initial and subsequent authorizations are obtained promptly
• Provide mentoring to less experienced team members on revenue cycle and payer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience with hospital-based denials
• 6+ months of experience with Prior Authorization activities in healthcare operations
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be 18 years of age or older
