Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative Associate - Remote Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial clearance processes by interviewing patients and collecting necessary information for pre-registration
• Verify insurance eligibility and document information in Epic, ensuring coverage for procedures
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and assist with financial assistance options as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience with Insurance and/or Benefit Verification
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work 7:30am - 4:00pm CST
• Must be 18 years of age or older
