Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Associate 1, Remote, Patient Access Business Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information, including authorizations and referrals
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures while maintaining quality metrics
• Coordinate patient flow and address inquiries regarding insurance and financial assistance options

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Completion of the Patient Access training course
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is desired
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/Creole is preferred
