Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Associate 1, Remote, Patient Access Business Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information, including authorizations and referrals
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures in a call center environment while meeting quality metrics
• Maintain knowledge of insurance requirements and financial assistance options, providing excellent service to patients and families

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Completion of Patient Access training course
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Basic mathematical calculation skills
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience
