Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Associate 1, Remote, Patient Access Business Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information, including necessary authorizations and referrals
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures, ensuring timely processing and coordination of patient flow
• Maintain knowledge of insurance requirements, pricing, financial assistance options, and overall revenue cycle operations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Completion of the Patient Access training course is mandatory
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is desired
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/Creole is preferred
