Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and document information in Epic
• Confirm active health insurance coverage for patients' medications
• Initiate prior authorizations for medications and mentor less experienced team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 6+ months of experience with insurance and pharmacy benefit verification
• 6+ months of experience using basic retail medication knowledge
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be 18 years of age or older
