Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze patient visit information to determine authorization needs and secure them appropriately
• Ensure timely acquisition of initial and subsequent authorizations
• Provide mentoring to less experienced team members on revenue cycle and payer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 6+ months of experience in professional billing denials
• 6+ months of experience in prior authorization and insurance verification in a healthcare setting
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be 18 years of age or older
