Financial Clearance Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic direction and fostering a patient-centered culture, the full-time Financial Clearance Manager will oversee financial clearance functions, drive process improvements, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage financial clearance operations and ensure adherence to service level agreements
• Collaborate with leadership to implement standard processes and enhance patient experience
• Conduct complex analyses and provide coaching in response to business challenges

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Health Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum seven years of progressive financial experience in a clinical setting
• At least four years of direct management experience
• Proven leadership in hospital management and patient accounting applications
• Knowledge of third-party payer requirements and financial clearance processes
