Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial clearance processes by interviewing patients and collecting necessary information for pre-registration
• Verify insurance eligibility and document information in the system
• Provide proactive price estimates and inform families about financial assistance options

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with insurance and benefit verification in a healthcare setting
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Associate or vocational degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience working with clinical documentation and healthcare staff is preferred
