Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Rep for Rehab Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete insurance and benefits verification for outpatient therapy services
• Document and track all communication with insurers, clinic staff, and patients
• Assist in training new insurance staff and manage prior authorization appeals and denials

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in insurance verification/eligibility or related areas
• Experience with electronic health record software
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation review
• Associate of Science or vocational/technical training preferred
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare organization is preferred
