Job Summary

To support efficient patient care and billing processes, the full-time Financial Clearance Representative will perform timely insurance verifications, confirm coverage details, and communicate financial information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform insurance verification for scheduled patient services accurately and promptly
• Confirm patient eligibility, benefits, coverage limitations, and payer requirements
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure complete financial and insurance information prior to service

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous medical billing, insurance verification, or healthcare registration experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance plans, eligibility verification, and healthcare billing terminology
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
