Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Central Financial Clearance Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises verification of eligibility and pre-authorization processes, ensuring compliance with payer requirements
• Monitors authorization and clearance reports, ensuring documentation accuracy and addressing outstanding authorizations
• Conducts audits, tracks error rates, and provides feedback to team members to improve performance and meet departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in healthcare preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospital or physician business office procedures or revenue cycle management
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedure/diagnosis codes required
• Revenue cycle certification (e.g., HFMA, NAHAM, AAHAM) preferred
