Job Summary

Financial Clearance Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for overseeing insurance verification and authorization processes, ensuring timely financial clearance for scheduled patients, while managing personnel and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance verification, LOA processing, scheduling, registration, and pre-service cash collections
• Manage personnel by recruiting, training, and assigning work while ensuring appropriate staffing levels
• Implement quality control audits and foster excellent customer service practices for patients and staff

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree (experience may substitute for educational requirements)
• 2+ years of healthcare experience as a lead or supervisor
• 3+ years of patient access experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
