Financial Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Financial Compliance Manager, the full-time remote role will design and implement a financial compliance framework, conduct risk assessments, and manage deficiency remediation in a scaling healthcare technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a financial compliance framework following COSO and AICPA best practices
• Execute quarterly and annual testing of key financial controls and monitor automated controls
• Prepare monthly status updates and quarterly compliance reports for the CFO and Executive Leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 7+ years of experience in internal controls, internal audit, compliance, finance, or accounting
• Strong knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting and proficiency with COSO framework
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with IT general controls
• Self-starter with strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities
