Job Summary

Providing financial guidance and support to clients and account teams, the part-time Financial and Actuarial Consultant will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and conduct client meetings, with a preference for a hybrid work arrangement in Scottsdale, AZ, though fully remote options are available.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate and present financial reports to account management teams and clients
  • Analyze data from carriers to negotiate rates and funding levels effectively
  • Prepare client deliverables and participate in Financial and Actuarial Consulting team meetings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits field
  • Knowledge of underwriting principles or experience as an Underwriter preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
