Financial Consultant

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Financial Consultant will engage with clients remotely to assess their financial situations, educate them on debt settlement options, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to evaluate their finances and determine the viability of debt settlement
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including terms, conditions, and potential risks and benefits

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a results-driven attitude
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience managing customer interactions using a CRM
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
