Financial Consultant

Job Summary

To support the 340B finance team, the full-time Financial Consultant will manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while working remotely within the U.S., ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
• Analyze financial and operational metrics, translating results into actionable insights for leadership
• Prepare and present monthly variance analysis, communicating key drivers and recommendations to senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or accounting
• Experience building and maintaining financial models with strong financial statement analysis skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
