Financial Consultant

Job Summary

Consulting with clients to assess their financial situations, the full-time Financial Consultant will handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads while educating customers on debt settlement options in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine the viability of debt settlement and outline terms and conditions
• Manage inbound calls and proactively engage with leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to state and federal regulations related to debt settlement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs
• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success
• Experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and documentation for at least 2 years
• Proficient in Google Workspace and managing customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
