Financial Consultant
Job Summary
Consulting with clients on financial solutions, the full-time Financial Consultant will manage inbound calls, proactively reach out to leads, and educate customers on debt settlement processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess clients' finances to determine the viability of debt settlement options
- Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including terms, risks, and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company's CRM system and meet monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in enrolling customers into debt settlement programs
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record
- Experience utilizing a CRM for managing customer interactions and documentation
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and managing customer inquiries across various platforms
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
