Job Summary
As a full-time remote Financial Consultant, the successful candidate will assess client finances, educate them on debt settlement options, and manage inbound and outbound sales calls to help individuals find financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to evaluate their financial situations and determine debt settlement viability
- Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including terms, risks, and benefits
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and meet monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs
- 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success
- Proficient in utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a results-driven attitude
- Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required
