Financial Consultant for Housing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a consultant to conduct research on financial tools for the renovation of vacant properties in Hungary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze financial instruments for the renovation of vacant spaces
• Map existing frameworks for rent subsidies, rent setting, and regulation in selected countries
• Compile best practices and case studies from EU countries related to housing renovation financial strategies

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in market research and financial policy
• Minimum 5 years of experience in European markets
• At least 3 references from similar consulting assignments
• Fluency in English; Hungarian is an asset
• Experience in housing, urban planning, or public policy is preferred
