Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Financial Controller - Regional.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial business partner for the regional management team, focusing on financial and profitability aspects
• Collaborate with various departments, including Sales and Project Delivery, to maximize profitability and ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee the planning and analysis of personnel costs in collaboration with HR and manage the financial close process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, audit, or international accounting
• Strong background in US GAAP; understanding of IFRS is a plus
• Experience in the software industry or familiarity with B2B software business models is preferred
• Ability to work within international matrix organizations
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration and Accounting is preferred
