Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller who is fluent in Russian and English to optimize and enhance its finance operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize AR, AP, Payroll, and Accounting Operations to ensure efficient processes across multiple entities
• Strengthen Internal Controls and Cash Governance by implementing robust financial controls and approval workflows
• Oversee Month-End Close and Multi-Entity Reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
• 7+ years of experience in controllership or finance operations
• Experience working in a US-based financial environment
• Experience in multi-entity organizations with $10M+ revenue
