Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and monitoring variances
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess trends and provide strategic insights to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
