Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making
• Oversee and mentor the accounting and finance team while ensuring compliance with international regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 5-7+ years of financial management experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with international financial coordination and compliance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP General Ledger, and financial modeling tools
