Financial Controller

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Financial Controller will oversee accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance while collaborating with leadership to enhance operational efficiency, with options for onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 8-10+ years of accounting experience including management responsibilities of a small team
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems, Ramp, and financial reporting tools
• Experience supporting telecoms, hardware technology, networking, or manufacturing industries preferred
