Financial Controller

Job Summary

To reinforce the Group Reporting & Controlling team, the full-time Financial Controller will manage financial reporting and analysis tasks, assist with group financials and audits, and develop financial processes in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with group financials and the audit process
• Participate actively in the monthly reporting process, including subsidiary reporting
• Establish and maintain cost and expense accrual models

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role (controller, bookkeeper, auditor)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles; IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with IT systems, including experience with AI tools
• Fluency in English with effective communication skills
