Financial Controller

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Financial Controller, the full-time remote position will manage finance team members, ensure the accuracy of financial reports, maintain internal controls, and guarantee tax and financial compliance within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll while ensuring GAAP compliance
• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial policies, drive continuous improvement, and present financial statements to the board

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent credential strongly preferred
• Public accounting foundation plus operational finance experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting operations and partner with executive leadership
