Job Summary

To strengthen financial operations in a high-performance environment, the full-time remote Financial Controller will manage payroll, contractor payments, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processes and oversee contractor payments and vendor invoices
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide leadership-ready summaries
• Identify financial risks and inefficiencies, implementing process improvements and controls

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant
• Strong understanding of payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience managing remote teams and international payments
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial controls
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with finance tools like QuickBooks or Xero
