Financial Controller Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead general ledger operations, financial statement preparation, and reporting to stakeholders
• Maintain ledger reconciliations, audit support, and financial policies
• Manage financial operations team, external relationships, and compliance strategies

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance or related field
• 15+ years of accounting experience, CPA or equivalent license
• Experience in regulated financial services industry, knowledge of GAAP, and data-driven leadership skills
• Proven track record of leading finance teams, managing performance, and improving team knowledge
• Experience with debt and equity financing, M&A transactions, and regulatory financial matters
