Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controls Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, building, and execution of processes and reporting platforms for compensation and recognition programs
• Lead data analysis on Compensation programs and assist with ad hoc projects
• Oversee and manage assigned agency/field compensation and governance programs in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial controls or related field
• Experience with SOX controls and compliance
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Experience collaborating with IT and business partners
