A company is looking for a Financial Controls Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of project controls processes, ensuring alignment with project schedules and risk assessments
• Oversee the preparation of forecasts, schedules, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives and analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of construction industry experience with at least 5 years in project controls, estimating, or cost consulting
• Proven track record in developing accurate cost flow forecasts for complex commercial projects
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, material costs, and labor productivity
• Expertise in using multiple cost forecasting databases
