Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Coordinator to provide financial information and support to patients navigating their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with insurance, billing inquiries, payments, and subscription renewals
• Document financial clearance information and update patient records as needed
• Research financial options for services not covered by third-party payors and communicate necessary information to the clinical team

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service or healthcare
• Proficiency in computer technology and experience with Mac/Apple and Google Suite preferred
• Solid knowledge of insurance plans and patient financial responsibilities
• Experience working in collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams
• Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet for remote work
