Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with insurance, billing inquiries, payments, and subscription renewals
• Document financial clearance information and update necessary patient records
• Research and discuss financial options for services not covered by third-party payors

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service or healthcare
• Proficiency in computer technology and experience with multiple software systems
• Solid working knowledge of insurance plans and patient financial responsibilities
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
