Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Counseling Representative I to assist patients in navigating financial options for medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel uninsured and under-insured patients on obtaining funding sources for medical services
• Explain financial options and obligations during counseling sessions with patients
• Assist patients with applications for Medicaid and other funding programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a financial counselor or relevant healthcare experience is a plus
• Understanding of State and Federal assistance programs
• Ability to navigate multiple systems effectively
