Supporting patients through the financial aspects of healthcare, the full-time Financial Counseling Representative will provide exceptional financial counseling, assist with insurance verification, and discuss payment options while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling support by helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits clearly to patients
• Assist patients with Medicaid and financial assistance applications while maintaining accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service experience
