Financial Crimes Advisory Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Crimes Advisory (FCA) for a remote position in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AML/BSA/OFAC and Fraud program reviews, model validations, and policy development
• Manage client engagements, project execution, and internal activities
• Identify new opportunities, manage projects, and lead business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Seven or more years of consulting experience in Professional Services
• Seven or more years of experience in financial services and/or Anti-Money Laundering
• Five or more years of management experience
• CAMS certification strongly preferred
• Sound understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and AML risk management
