Job Summary
Supporting the execution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, the full-time Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst will manage financial crimes risk assessments, coordinate control testing, and enhance the compliance framework in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of GFCC RCSA(s) under the Operational Risk Management framework
- Draft and update controls, and coordinate testing of financial crimes controls while identifying and resolving control gaps
- Prepare leadership reporting that synthesizes complex information into clear risk insights and actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, legal, or control management roles
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience performing risk and control assessments and developing controls
- Working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and/or Anti-Corruption obligations and controls is preferred
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
