Job Summary
Supporting the execution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, the full-time Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst will manage risk assessments, control testing, and reporting for financial crimes compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of GFCC RCSA(s) under the new Operational Risk Management framework
- Coordinate timely testing of financial crimes controls and evaluate testing results to identify control gaps
- Prepare leadership and committee reporting that synthesizes complex information into clear risk insights and actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, legal, or control management roles
- Demonstrated analytical curiosity with the ability to research unfamiliar topics and apply regulatory requirements
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience performing risk and control assessments and developing controls is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
