Financial Crimes QA Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Financial Crimes QA Analyst will execute quality assurance reviews of Financial Crimes activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance across BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed QA reviews of 2LoD casework to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and alignment with standards
• Conduct thematic reviews to identify systemic weaknesses and develop insights into emerging risks within 2LoD outputs
• Document QA findings and track remediation of identified issues, providing independent challenge within the 2LoD function

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
• 3-7+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, specifically in 2LoD Compliance or Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulatory expectations
• Experience reviewing complex financial crime cases and providing oversight
• Strong analytical and judgment skills
