Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Crimes Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute a risk-based quality assurance program for Financial Crimes activities
• Perform detailed QA reviews of 2LoD casework and evaluate the quality of oversight
• Lead and develop a team of QA analysts, ensuring consistent application of QA methodology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in Financial Crimes with oversight or QA experience
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulatory expectations
• Experience reviewing complex financial crime cases
• Strong analytical and judgment skills
